One time this happened to me, I wrote in a ticket and they gave me extra points to reflect the discount. (Since I bought the gift card literally the day before or so)

Well I've got a response to my ticket, which was basically an automated response telling me how the ordering process works.

Has anyone done the breakfast community survey on Partner Surveys? I've completed it and it took me to the community page and not back to swagbucks. I don't understand how they will know that I have completed this survey!! I have put in a ticket pointing this out, fingers crossed they play nicely and give me my swagbucks!!

I had a similar situation some weeks ago. I sent Customer Support a copy of the "Welcome!" e-mail from the online community, together with a screenshot of the final survey page itself, and I was immediately credited. (I didn't get accepted for that breakfast community because I don't eat cereal.)
