    Have you read the first post in this thread, if not I think you need to because this site definitely isn't about getting rich quick by being payed for playing a couple of flash games a day. I doubt you will find better. Its not a a get rich quick site, its what some call a beermoney site. Some make anything from £10-15 a month and others £50-£100 and even more, it really depends how much you put into it.
