If you're doing a task, they're saying your answer is wrong, when it is very obviously correct, what can you do?

While you are still on the task page, click on Help on top right, click on file a ticket and tell them briefly what is wrong with the question.

Songpeople, right? I personally find this happens to be every single time now. I qualify, go all the way through, and then get 1 SB and told I wasn't suitable. Esepcially takes the p when you've just done 50 songs. I avoid them altogether now unless I need the 1SB and purposely get disqualified at the start!

I encountered your issue with the apps not crediting and telling me my allotment had been reached despite not having run through all the rounds/given any credit. At the time my crappy BT internet kept on dropping in and out - every time it did this happened on the app - however, when I closed and reopened the app and it would start running again and pick up from where it left off before my internet crapped out. Hoping this info might help!

(Btw, you may know this anyway, but when I say close the app, I mean not just change the screen but it's still running in the background, actually close it. On an iphone you do this by pressing the home button twice and you can swipe them closed - not sure how you do this on Android.)
