I have noticed this about PL today too - even though it says explicitly on the blog page that they do count

Somethings going on here, i've just refreshed the homepage to see if there was an instant and the Answers cards which are usually at the top for me show for a second and then disappear and it puts the special offers card at the top, I definitely haven't clicked the small cross to close it off ever

Now it came back when there was one of those 60sb ssi surveys or whatever they are called but after completing that i refreshed again and its gone again, i wonder if it will now only show for me when there is a survey to do.

Yes I am right, another refresh and now the PL card is showing.
