Drat! Perhaps they've been swamped as it was posted on facebook. Click on Support top right of Trialpay and put in a claim. Keep the verifiy email as evidence.

Thanks, I've just done this as it still hasn't credited after more than 30 mins. Bit annoying, hopefully I'll get credited in the next few days.

According to the Swagbucks blog there is supposed to be a Search and Learn starting today and running all week, but I can't find a link for it - has it perhaps been posted on Facebook, which I don't belong to?

It may not start for us until this evening, when USA come on line. That is often the case with swag up offers and similar that last a week.

Just done a PL on care homes, last page asks for your name and phone number. It still credits without giving this information.

I've just signed up and had it credited straight away. Did you verify the email and then create an account?

Mine credited on verification, didn't need to create an account.

Yeah I entered my email address on the site and it said to check my emails and then I clicked the verify link and entered my name and made a password. Not sure why it hasn't worked for me.

Did this one, got right to the end then it said they already had enough responses. So annoying - happens to me quite often on the instants

I usually submit a ticket in this situation and they give credit.
