No i was wondering when i was due to recieve only this morning, have you checked the terms as I cant even remember how long we were supposed to have their crappy software installed....i deleted it from my pc the very next day since it stopped my newgroups client software from functioning correctly. I emailed them and they said that tech was looking into it but they never got back to me....so in the bin it went but i kept it on my phone.

I think it means you have recently given conflicting answers, so they think you may be fibbing. If you said you had, for example, drunk beer in the last four weeks, then in another survey say not for 6 months. No good trying to second guess what they want just to get more surveys. Or perhaps you just mis-typed your age or something, that looks odd to them. Who knows?!
