    Anyone just tried a 61SB Partner survey regarding joining a panel re alcoholic drinks which asked for your age and, on the next page, your date of birth?

    I selected my correct age and gave my real date of birth but the system said the date didn't match the age. I tried using the later year in case it was using a continental system for determining age (ie you are 1 when you are born) but that didn't work either. So I couldn't move any further forward.

    (Oh, and I had provided information about my favourite alcoholic drink and proof that I understand English earlier in the survey.)

    Unfortunately I don't have the URL to submit a ticket.

    I finished it but it hasn't credited for me either, but I'm not sure how long to wait to submit a ticket

    Don't wait - put a ticket in straight away

    So I shouldn't bother waiting the 48 hours they say then? Still new to this!

    If I don't get paid within 5 minutes of completing a survey, I put in a ticket and never wait the 48 hours they state.
