At the moment if you buy someone £40 amazon gift card (directly at amazon) you will get a promo code for another £10 - this offer is valid until tomorrow at amazon. I know it's not SB offer but might be useful if anyone is planning to buy something at amazon.

There was a similar offer few days ago, but they were giving £5 when you ordered £20 gift card.

I took up a similar offer around easter and got the £5.
It was valid for a specific period only IIRC . I was a little peeved to realise this after the fact but I spent it on an ebook rather than waste it .
You can buy yourself the gift card and add it to your own account if you have a purchase in mind anyway.

That's what I did ;-) I don't know if you can send it to your own email address, I sent it to my mate.

Yes you can, I've already done it that way. The bonus £10 Amazon voucher when you buy a £40 voucher has been going for about 4 days now.

Just to let those people running the old version apps, (favourite enabled), 3 of my 6 apps have corrected themselves and are now running as intended , the other 3 are ok but not before I had panicked and downloaded the 3 new versions, wished I had been more patient--but its all in life's rich tapestry !
