Is anyone else having issues with the Daily Surveys for 60SB with Global Test Market?

I completed a survey on Sustainability, filled in the final part asking me for my opinion on the survey and then was disqualified. It's the second time it's happened to me.

Global Test Market is a nightmare just now, they don't seem to credit ever without putting a ticket in. They never use to be such a pain. I asked last time if there was a known problem with GTM but it wasn't on the reply.
