    It doesnt penalise you if you run them both but only one will credit so there is no point.

    Just to clarify, are those who are earning bonus swagbucks on the apps using the current or older versions of them?

    As other poster said, there is a problem with crediting SBs if you run two phones at the same time on one account.

    However..... if two people live in your house, and have separate accounts, they can run their phones at the same time, and both credit without any problem....
