The task of spokesperson seems to have fallen on my shoulders again and as I know a lot of people don't look at the Swagbucks Facebook page, I thought I would post this on here.

Nick is trying to get to the cause of the non-crediting GTM surveys (that is the 80sb surveys) and he needs as many people as possible to provide him with information. He needs to know

1. The time and date that the non-crediting survey was completed
2. A screenshot of the completion page (the one that says something like 'thank you for your interest but there are no surveys available right now' or 'good news, we have another new survey available' or 'terminated') or the blank screen if you get one.
3. Your swagbucks username

This is only for the 80sb GlobalTestMarket surveys which do NOT credit.

Nick is particularly interested in seeing the screenshots of the completion page. If you have a facebook account, could I suggest that you Direct Message Swagbucks UK (ie Nick) with this information. I know that this is all extra work and frustration, but he needs this to enable him to try and find out what is going wrong, and ultimately it should benefit us in that hopefully the problems will be rectified.

You still need to raise tickets for the non-crediting surveys - this is an additional exercise to try to find out why the surveys are not crediting.

One final thing which comes to mind - please, please do not use this exercise to complain about not getting any (or hardly any) surveys, or issues with Dailies, Gold or Partner surveys. Nick is concentrating on the GTM surveys at this time, so we are trying to help him by just providing him with the specific information that he wants

they seem to be crediting fine lately, I find its the dailies that don't credit

Why does he need screenshots?, the URL of that page can be pasted into a browser and give him the screen in question.

So in that case why doesn't he just get all the relevant tickets for the non-crediting GTM surveys as he will get most of the info he needs from them

I have no idea, I am not privy to the workings of Swagbucks support in America - I am just passing on a message. If people do not wish to contribute to the exercise then they don't have to

oh - i just checked it, now says please wait 48 hours before submitting a ticket for non-crediting surveys. I guess they have changed it now - it used to be 3 days last year.
