it's been a problem since Saturday night! They haven't responded to the tickets I put in then yet either. Had nothing on dashboard or Gold since Friday, somewhat to be expected at weekends, but it's been struggle.

With a single daily or if they processed my tickets I'd be making the second targets but without I'm just limping to my first at the moment!

They've credited me a Daily Survey from yesterday and according to their facebook page they are looking into it

The problem exists on several sites so it's not at SB end. Clixsense and Instagc are also having problems with that survey router, with clixsense having greyed out access to them at the moment. Last time this happened, outstanding survey credits came through once the problem was sorted out .... hope they do this time.

Thanks Kippygolf and Barneydog - I did see that message reposted here, but it was put on facebook before 10:30am this morning. Was hoping things might have changed since then.

Would just be good to know whether it's worth risking trying for another daily this evening or whether it'll just result in having to put in another ticket

glad you've had your ticket credited too barneydog - hopefully they'll get to mine soon too

Sportly app on iOS is failing to credit me any swag bucks, despite running and saying I had won some. Also only ran for about 2 rounds before telling me I'd met my daily allotment! Cheats.

Is it worth removing app and re-installing?

Peanut Labs has some short surveys today worth a lot of SB - I just completed one which took 5 minutes for 48sb and then did another for 24sb so 72sb total in 10 minutes! Very pleased, usually I struggle meeting my targets :beer:

I'd say so, even just logging out and logging back in again. I've had no problems with it, both apps been crediting on iphone for the full 18SB

Any chance someone's using it them on the same IP address or internet connection?

Re-installed app and it still won't work. 0 help from SB either. At least I got a dashboard survey for 166 earlier.
