I don't know specifically how often Indymusic cycles but some of the other apps seem to cycle at least twice a day - at about 8.00AM and about 2.00PM but not all the videos seem to change.
I don't do them at night so can't comment about those times.

I've been trying to get the 30 seconder for a few months now! Surely it will appear soon lol!
