Has anyone come across this situation before and know what to do please
I sent my sister my referral link and she use it to set up a Swagbucks account of her own.
She then tried to use the apps but came upon the problem of not knowing her password because when she set up the Swagbuck account there was no option to set a password.
She tried the link to change or reset the password but the link in the email just sent her back to the Swagbucks homepage.Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive0 -

how does she manage to log into the main sb site without a password?
either she did not creat an account, or if lucky told firefox to remember the password, in which case she should be able to get firefox to show her what the passrds is/was.0 -
It happened to my friend too. Somehow clicked on my referral link and signed up using facebook and therefore didn't have any password to input into the apps.
I think he got around it by registering again with the referral link but using an email address this time.0 -

My husband had a similar problem when he signed up the other week. I think he just clicked the referral link again. We asked SBHQ for help, but they never responded!Minimalist
