I nearly always get them if I can go to SB within a minute or two. But, my daughter, who signed up recently, has a slightly different layout on the homepage, and never sees them.

I've only been doing swagbucks for a couple of weeks, but I am yet to see an instant survey - they don't seem to show up on the homepage for me..

I may be wrong but I'm sure I've heard before that different browsers give a different layout

Someone on the FB page mentioned that sometimes the instant surveys only show up when the toolbar is switched on. I switched mine on and found one straight away, so it's worth trying that.
I see them now even when the toolbar is off.
