Yes, they asked for my mobile number and then texted me immediately with a 4 digit pin and, hey, presto that released my cash which appeared about a day later in my Paypal account - hugely impressed!
Also, just about to claim my next £10 - I love Swagbucks!!

From the first post on this thread, lots of useful info:

"At some point, often when placing your first order, you will be asked to verify your account. This only needs to be done once. The option to do this via mobile phone does not work for UK users, so will have to be done via postcard sent to the address in your profile. Postcards take around 7 to 10 days to arrive and will contain a PIN number for you to enter. (thanks to Fragmented)"

Thanks, it does seem like there has been a problem for me then, as I tried to redeem more then 10 days ago using the postcard method, and still no postcard so I guess it's got lost in the post. I'll get hold of support and see if they can send another card.

Well, the above is not true re mobile phones in the UK since I got by first Paypal payment just last week that way. No faffing around with post cards at all. The £10 is in my account to prove it.
Good to know, thanks. I was trying to redeem a voucher as opposed to paypal, and did try a mobile number, which gave me an error message the first time I tried it, but I may have mistyped my number, so I went for the postcard method instead. Now I am unable to select the mobile phone method now, which is a pain, as it sounds far quicker and easier.

As I've had no luck with phone or postal methods, I wonder if they can send me a pin using smoke signals or carrier pigeon? :rotfl:

So any encrave for anyone today? I have tried since the first person posted it's back, but it gives me an error message saying Relax something or another and otherwise broken.

Tried again just now on Chrome and Firefox and both gives me a blank page underneath with nothing to click. Is this working for anyone else today? Might have to send in a ticket if this continues!

Is anyone risking running the EntertaiNOW app? There's a new post on SB UK facebook saying:

You can download the EntertaiNOW app on Android here, and it IS available in the UK

But it seems like it still doesn't work for lots of people.

    Absolutely! Working fine. :j

If it doesn't come up on PlayStore for your phone, I've re-posted below on here how to download it using a link on SBForumz.

I managed to get it working fine (thanks to your fab instructions - wouldn't have had a clue otherwise!! :D). Just got a bit spooked by someone's post yesterday saying they thought the announcement had been posted on Facebook in error and they'd actually meant the SBTV app.
