I did that one but still haven't got my points. I've already put a ticket in today which got credited within 10 minutes. I've reached my first goal now, so may not put a ticket in as I haven't got the url anymore

You don't need the URL to put a ticket in, just describe the survey as best you can and usually you get credited anyway.
