I haven't had such an issue. Might be your security settings?

Im in team Bookworm! had a brill day lots of surveys made 280 SB without paying a penny so as I only started SB last week its not bad going!

If you get kicked out of a survey and get one swag buck you get 15 towards the team challenge.
