Now that i have seen the list of short videos on the apps i run all 4 apps every day. Pretty much guarantees me to meet the minimum target every day. I just leave them running at work.

I signed up last year this is now my seconded £10 voucher
They send you and email with a link that takes you to your account
then at the top in red it says press on HERE and it will add the point to your account
if you don't get your email just email them and tell them you haven't received any points as sometimes you do have to jog there memeories

First £5 voucher is quicker but then you collect 1 point each week. I'd suggest to open the app at least every other day as it doesn't notify you directly but you are entitled to points.
