Swagbucking into 2015 (Newcomers, please read the first post)

Morning

I am very new to this (about 3 weeks new!) so please bear with me-I'm not the brightest either!
I have asked for my first reward-an Amazon voucher.
The e-mail has arrived with my Gift Certificate-but when I click on View my Gift Card Code-it won't open.

Help please!!!

What do you mean exactly by won't open ? Does it give an error?

Perhaps try to open on a different browser if not contact Swagbucks

Anyone else struggling with their Swagbucks Mojo? I had a good run during the Gift Card sale last month, and now I think I've got burnout - the idea of a survey fills me with dread

Are you using MS Outlook or a webmail (eg gmail, hotmail) account?

I've been burnt out with surveys a long time now, I try to pick those (when I feel like it) that are under 10 minutes, or just try to get DQed to get the easy 1SB and then quit!

But just doing the easy mobile SBTV apps are easy enough to earn points, together with the 10SB from games and the default 3SB from the homepage!

Have a read of http://blog.uk.swagbucks.com/2014/09/gift-card-security-upgrade.html it explains what to do with the emails to gain your reward. If you still have problems please post what stages you have done until it stops working.

I had this happen about two weeks ago.

I simply waited a few minutes, refreshed my email website, and it opened ok.

In that case:
1 set up a webmail account (eg gmail or hotmail) if you don't already have one
2 change your registered email address with the Swagbucks site to the webmail account (if it isn't that already)
3 either get Swagbucks to re-send the awarding email or simply forward it from Outlook to your webmail account
4 go to the webmail account online and you will find you can access things there
5 if you had to change the registered email address with Swagbucks, change it back if that makes sense

[Note that Listerbelle mentions she was using an "email website".]
