For the mobile apps, it's been posted before but here is a really handy link that lists the shortest clips. It has the US ones on there too, I think, so just look for the ones you have installed and go from there.

I usually just let them run on the Wifi (now that I have the shorter ones) - it's great for weekends, like today, when I woke up to feed the dog, set the Sportly app running, and went back to bed!
