There's a few bucks up for grabs on the new surveys page for setting up your profile stuff again, also on Gold Surveys a box on the right that pays 2sb for every 10 questions answered

Click on Answers then Surveys and the layout is redesigned, I vaguely recall getting a email about wanting to trial it so maybe its just for those who agreed?

Yes I recall that invitation but mine is still the old screen which could be because I am forced to use an out of date browser, maybe it will be different at home, will see later.
