2) Don't know but I wouldn't buy an Apple phone, instead I'd buy an Android as there are more apps there. By doing so you can join Play store and update your apps.
I never heard of Swagging 101.

I've found it linked many times on the Reddit/s/swagbucks page and on the official SW FB page. There is a link to Drop with the apps to download, This is because on some tablets Play Store will refuse to install the apps as mentioned (I haven't tried yet, I'm just reporting what I've read).

SB have restricted the downloads to mobile phones only, and by country, in the app store. There are some that use them on tablets by sideloading the apps, but i have seen on reddit that some have been banned in the past ... although it was never clear if that was because of old versions of apps, using a tablet, or using USA versions outside the USA.
