For Google play you only need a google account.

You need a Google account, but if you want to download apps, it must update the app, which fails because there is none for the x86 platform.

Why would SB want to ban a hardware emulator?

Has the limit for Indymusic.tv changed? I've only been able to watch two rounds of it before it came up with the Daily Allotment of Swag Bucks has been met message. The other 3 apps all worked for nine rounds as usual.
