has anyone done the 'My Credit Tracker' offer on the front page and is so is it safe and easy to cancel before the end of the trial?

I did it last year and its perfectly safe but i think you had to call them to cancel it on an 0344 number. Aside from that it was actually a really good tracker and helped me with my credit score.
