I rarely had issues KitKat - mostly after opening , credited right away.
However make sure you havent completed them on other walls.
Create a ticket with screenshots of your homescreen and apps page after opening - they are generally helpful

Quick tip, you can get about 25SB from one-click (load pages, make a search, etc) offers on the Toro payment wall. I think most of the offers were added yesterday, there's lots of very easy one-click and one-page submission offers there for some nice easy SB.
