Did anyone do a Partner Survey (491830) 1min for 50SB. Just a couple of questions about religion and if/how often you go to church? If so, did it credit for you?
I did it but it hasn't credited. (though I do have a screenshot of the completion page)

Completion page said allow up to 3 business days if SB not added to the account - but usually these credit right away. If I need to contact anyone should I contact SB or Partner Surveys?

Did it about 30 mins ago. Same as yourself. Will be putting in a ticket later today. 50SB will help with my 2nd target of 820SB!

Yes, just had the same one and no credit a few minutes ago.
Put your ticket in via Swagbucks Help from the 'Need Help/contact support' at the bottom right of the homepage., then 'submit a request' at the top right of that page.

Thanks, makes me feel slightly better when I am not the only one :-)

I decided to send in the screenshot to SB, hopefully they will review it and credit it today as I would like to meet my (much smaller than yours!) 2nd target and this would really help.
