    I'm no longer getting even an auto-acknowledgement of tickets raised by e-mail with Customer Support. Today I went through the clunky web interface, and got both an instant auto-ack and a further e-mail thanking me for submitting all the necessary information and saying it would be dealt with within 24 hours. Both came from the usual address. Bewildered.

    Ok so got my first ever bonus, as only joined on the 3rd Jan, and I got 406 daily meter bonus, and 225 meter super bonus, now I have no idea if thats any good, as trying really hard to earn so can change to paypal to add to funds.

    That's really good for your first month - well done! I average a total bonus of about 600-700 a month if I get the full 300 for the super bonus, though finding that a bit of a struggle with the higher targets these days!
