Is there a prospect of a "Swagbucking into 2016" thread, or are we sticking with this massive 2015 one?

Anyone can go ahead and create it- why don't you do it for everyone? :)

I would like to create an alternative thread without codes and winning searches to run alongside this one. If somebody wants a follow up of this existing one ( with codes and searches) it would be another one.

We discussed last year the option to decouple this thread from searches and codes because some (me included) find it irritating to have a notification every minute about a winning search, but the discussion escalated into personal insults if memory serves me right.

This is laughable. It's clearly too much effort, so why don't we just carry on as we are. It makes no odds how long a thread is to me.

I would prefer to just have the two threads, but other than that, I have no particular objection to an additional thread.

You could just disable the email notifications for this one, if that would help at all. :)

MSE usually locks threads if they get much longer than 10,000 posts (the Arms Pub thread is the one exception to this).

Hopefully some kind and able person will start a new SB thread. I'd make a mess of it, or I'd do it myself. :)

    What!! It's 2016?

    Wish someone had told me.
  • If the starter post is not out of date, (and it doesn't look like it is), couldn't the date just be changed and cut and paste the info??
Probably a stupid idea, but hey..

The size of the thread should make no difference. Who reads the first page anyway looking at some of the questions that newer posters make. The title of the thread gives people a good big clue.

All I do is bookmark the last page and as it moves on just re bookmark it.

I do use previous search posts starting from page one of the thread and they do work. All I do is highlight then right click of the word or phrase and it searches. Takes all the work out of searches and they seem totally ramdom.
