But it isn't actually an extra point unless you stop at 100 SBs. They are still only giving you a maximum of 13 if you complete 120+ SBs. They've just split it differently:

    Tuesday 100 SBs = 10 bonus, 101 to 120 SBs = 3 bonus = total 13 SBs
    Saturday 100 SBs = 11 bonus, 101 to 120 SBs = 2 bonus = total 13 SBs

I know, which is why their bragpost about how they're being so nice giving us more on the weekends sounds like BS. (I also call BS on the "weekdays are so much busier than weekends". For me that's usually true, but I also am at a computer for 8 hours each weekday whereas weekends I might - shockingly - want to watch a movie or go for a run or do something other than churn swagbucks.)
  • I have never seen the instant surveys I am obviously not looking in the right place.

I used Personalise -> Set interests (near the bottom of the left menu) and selected watch videos, answer surveys. That sets those 2 sections at the top of my homepage (answers ends up first, which is handy) so it's easy to spot the green Instant Surveys on the answers section on the homepage.
  • Just got, supposedly, 79% of the way through a PL survey which was taking longer than the projected time and then it wanted to track using webcam. I don't do webcams so a complete and utter waste of my time. It was probably for Twinings.

I did this one too but was able to complete it without the webcam, it didn't disqualify me

There are always less surveys at the weekend so this makes it much harder to achieve. I always look forward to the low weekend targets to get away from the PC and do other things.

Slow/boring, but easy (giving feedback on corporate CEOs). Probably took me about 20min.

Can you tell me where it says that the first bonus is deducted from the second one? I had always thought that the two were completely separate. For instance, in January I was credited for December as follows:

Meeting first target every day of December: 300SB
Meeting second target some days in December: 564SB.

That looks to me like two entirely separate bonus systems - where am I wrong?

The 300SB is the monthly bonus streak - it's 300 for everyone (if you got the first target every day in the month), regardless of what your first target is. The 564SB is the actual daily bonuses (mix of first/second targets met).

As to where it says about the deduction, the second target is listed as "Total Bonus", which means that it's the total amount you get regardless of the first target bonus.

The 300SB is a bonus for achieving the daily goal all month. If you only did this for 14 consecutive days, you'd receive fewer SBs than 300.

Presumably your second figure is the total daily bonuses you received for that given month.

Cross-posted and beaten to it by a better explanation.

Thanks. So there is really very little point in trying to achieve the second target (unless, of course, one wants the raw SBs in order to reach a particular reward). I think they are shooting themselves in the foot here!
