Do they run extra checks on you if you redeem paypal rather than other giftcards? I was looking at redeeming paypal instead of amazon etc, but the blurb said they need all kinds of details linked to the paypal account where as other places just need your email linked to paypal?

This is my first time cashing out via Paypal so I cannot claim to be an authority on the matter. The guide they link to on SW regarding verifying your paypal account is a lot more complicated than the process I encountered yesterday. I have linked my bank account and mobile phone. As far as Paypal are concerned, that seems to be good enough to deem me as verified. So far, SB have followed their usual verification procedures (i.e. email or answer your security question).

I've claimed £25 today to test the system, and hope to be able to do another 2 x £25 before the promo period ends. Happy to report back and let you know how I got on.

The £3AGC is on sale at 500SB so about 167SB per £.

You're right - my apologies if I misled anyone. The level playing field for cashing in for Amazon vouchers starts at £5, not £3.

Just had a message back from my ticket for the music/sex survey. They tell me that without a screenshot, there's little they can do - bit difficult that when it congratulated me on completing the survey and then took me back to the gold surveys page! So I've now had to reply with an in depth description of what the survey was about - so concentrated on the sex part .... hope that makes their day and credits me the SB :)

Nnnnoooooo!!!!!! I've just desperately completed a 30 minutes survey that's not credited!!!! And again no screen shot because it was a Gold Survey.
Think my New Year's resolution maybe to ditch Swagbucks :(

They must have made a mistake reducing the PayPal £25 to 3750sb but im not complaining! i usually cash out at £100 PayPal, at a rate of 180sb per £1 but this beats it at 150sb per £1.

    Great find

Both the £5 and the £500 are not showing as on sale, and are at the normal price.

Anyone know how having a different email address works. I see I can add additional email addresses to Paypal. So I can add my SB email address as a secondary to Paypal. I guess PP verify the email address. Then everything else is all set? There is no SB to PP verification step required? I just request and verify a paypal GC and it ends up in my Paypal account, which I can then transfer for free to my link credit card?

SB don't stipulate that your SB and PP email address must be exclusive. TBH I don't know whether they would be able to tell that you have multiple email addresses connected to your PP account and so cannot comment whether this plan would work.

Assuming you have done the main SB account verification previously (e.g. the postcard) then as far as I can tell, the verification process so far has been the same as cashing in any other reward.

Was it one about appliances? I had that one happen! I had stopped writing down survey numbers because I never needed it, then two in a row. :wall:
