Hi I do a screenshot (so windows button to left og keyboard and prt sc button above enter on keyboard). On a new internet tab I go to swagbucks home page - at the bottom to the right is a 'contact us' (under support). Scroll down to 'Was your question not answered? Submit a help request' .

Fill in the form - include your screenshot which will have saved in your pictures / photographs album.

Well as I didn't complete the survey due to their error SB won't pay! We shall see!

For anyone interested (hope this hasn't already been mentioned?), the Videos under "Supersonic" are currently Overpaying (confirmed twice now)...

Usually it's 1 point for 2,3 or even 4 videos watched, currently they are paying me 1 point for each video watched

Apologies if you already do this, but the very second the video loads, after you click "Play" (on each one), click the video itself and let the Advert Tab open, then go back to the video and click the play button again, it should then pay you (assuming the videos load in the 1st place).

Hi, avoid the 70 Buck Homepage survey (Toluna one), 15 mins.
It's about Christmas but right at the end just terminates without paying.

I've put a ticket in, but not holding out much hope. They've gone all snooty recently.

200SB gold survey, you just need to say you watch Comedy Central then you have to be prepared to sit through a 1/2 hr inane 'comedy' prog. HTH
