Having problems viewing the code for a M&S voucher, I have tried contact but appear to be just getting an automated response back, anyone have a proper e mail address for swagbucks support please?
I'm not sure if this is what you're experiencing, but lately if you submit ticket you get a "we're working on your ticket" email first, and then someone replies to it later.
And if you just reply to that email it will have the support ticket number in it which will probably help them with finding your original ticket.0 -

Think it's the bonus for collecting the set of collector bills
Go here
http://www.swagbucks.com/account/summary
and on the right tab click on my collectors bills and it should show you0 -

how sly can research companies be when ur doing a survey. The survey progress bar increases as u go along but then for it to jump backwards and not a small jump, from 80+ back to 35% for example. Now thats infuriating. Id rather it take 20min to get to 80% than for it to take 10min to get to 80% only for it to jump back and take a further 10min to get to the real 80%.......Rant overSwagbucks - Apr 14 - Nov 19PayPal £1745 Amazon £2285 John Lewis £170 Mastercard £3800

Yes, agreed! I had one that did exactly this yesterday, the first 'section' took as long as the stated time, worked up to 80%, and then dropped back to 30 or so percent, only to start a fresh section on another product. I baled out at that point.0
