I have a webcam on my laptop but everytime I do a survey that requires a webcam is disqualifies me and says I don't have one!

I have just done the weirdest dashboard survey!! It started off asking a few questions about cider and then i spent 10 minutes selecting whether a rainbow coloured ladybird was in the left or right picture!
It kind of feels like they were hypnotising me or something!0 -
