Haha, I figured as much that's why I didn't make a note of them and just closed the browser tab. I don't bother raising a ticket about them either, like they give a !!!!!

I always raise tickets when I don't get credited from surveys, and Customer Service always credit me manually. Sometimes it takes a few days, sometimes it's the same day.

I dont i get the !!!! and bull story that they have no way of seeing any completion.

If we do not receive valid completion response from the provider, neither the member or Swagbucks gets compensated for the activity. We may provide a manual courtesy credit for some Special Offer issues. However, we are unable to do it for all crediting issues. We apologize, but we are unable to credit your account.

Out of interest, how many times have you tried to claim for crediting issues? I used to do it a lot when I first used SB and I found after a few goes, they fed me the above. I now only bother them occasionally and I pretty much always find they will credit me. I assume they keep a watch on people, as people could easily make false claims and the likelihood is higher, if they are making more claims. At the end of the day- let's face it- they have no way of linking our completion screen shots together with any particular survey.

I don't take screen shots, I just copy the url, which often includes the survey code or some other identifier. I don't do a lot of surveys, but have always been given a credit when filing a ticket.
