I bought my house through the mychoice homebuy scheme (MHO) 5 years ago. If I want to make early payments (min 10%) I have to do a valuation each time.
Is it possible to remortgage my share and pay the equity loan off?
Any advice will be appreciated

Yes. If you have enough equity and can demonstrate affordability for the new mortgage, you should be able to remortgage and repay your current mortgage and the equity loan.I am a mortgage broker.
