As you can see I am farily new to website.
Me and my partner have got a horrible amount of debt, have been on to the CCCS website and they have recommned we go down the IVA route.
Has anybody else done this? It says on the paper work that we need to speak to our employers if we go ahead with it, but to be honest i dont want people at work to know.
Dont really know what to do. Any advice would be brilliant.

if you are not keen on the iva route why don't you pop up your statement of affairs as per southernscoursers sticky for first time poster at the top of the baord and see if we can save you enough money to pay your debts and avoid an iva?Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

Hiya, I think it depends what line of work you are in - if, for example, you worked for a bank, it may put your job at risk if you entered into an IVA, so that's possibly why they tell you to talk to them. Good luck with it."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
