Angard against Royal Mail

I've just come off a months work for christmas at a temporary sort centre for Royal Mail.

I'd like to go in the jobs pool for RM jobs but I'm told that you have to go through Angard which I understand is an internal recruitment agency in RM.

I have read people saying they are a nightmare to deal with and that when next christmas comes around being on the books of angard would jeopardise another christmas casual job.

Anyone had experience of angard good and bad please?

No.

Royal mail direct.

There seems to be a difference between the christmas period and the rest of the year.
