Metrolink delays

Hi guys,

There's a lot on the rights we have as passengers on here on trains but I was wondering what rights do we have (if any) for metrolink (trams) services commonly running late causing major inconvenience to passengers?
Just wanted to get views of you guys out there who travel on the metrolink and know more about this?
Thanks

Not aware of any, as not sure they are governed as trains need are, such as sticking to timetables.

A delay on Metrolink gives you the same "rights" to compensation as a delay on a taxi.. except Metrolink won't charge you extra for the privilege ;)

What are these 'common major inconveniences' you speak of?

I would guess late for work?

That's a pretty common major inconvenience for people when your transport is delayed.
