Hello everyone
Back at work today (working all weekend but have next weekend off). Seems to be getting colder down here, hubby put pre-icer on the cars last night in case they iced up (luckily they didn't, hate deicing my car, get cold and I like my bed so getting out early to de-ice a car isn't fun!! haha)
We had a lovely NY's popped round to my mum and dad and then spent the rest round our friends and spent most of the day there too!! Hubby went out with my friends OH to watch Star Wars while we had a girly time and cuddles with her babywe then went to see MIL and had a nice time there too
Welcome to the Inn Want2BMoneySavvy hope you have a lovely night in with your OH and kids
Shelis - hope your DD and her BF are having a lovely time and hope the people that were affected by the floods are ok too.
Leanfun - thank youshe is slowly getting better and the Pharmacy have apologized and told her that from now on they can deliver her meds to her when they are ready.
Wingo - that's amazing news on the PPI
Alfie - your cat sounds so sweet!! My cats give me the same look!!
Sylvia - Halifax should be ok, from what I've heard from my Northern family the floods have died down and I think it's all gone now, they're just cleaning out houses etc. Hope you have a good time.
Hope you all have a good day and good luck everyoneRead my diaryHere0 -

Wow FireFly you have been busy. No wonder you are pleased.
Here alls quiet again. Spent the day taking GS to the theatre. His friend and Dad came with us. We managed to dodge the rain.

It was well worth the effort. There were five actors in it and the music was brilliant. We all really enjoyed it. All thanks to comping.
Dream777 great to have a good plan for your days off. People in the Inn always seem to be busy.
Chocolatelover pleased your Mum is improving and meds sorted. Pleased you had a great New Year.
Sylvia hope your journey to Yorkshire has gone well. Hope you enjoy your visit.
Sheils hope steak is good and you have a great time with DS. Watching them go off on first hols is difficult.
Wingo pleased you went to bingo with your Mum and DS.
Rose hope you make headway with the doctor re jury service. Taking pain killers is not good for concentration and I'm not sure if you would be able to sit still for a long time.
Alfie watch out when you go out with all that bad weather and wind your way. Loved your description.
Katie if you pop in how are you?
Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
Good Luck everyone.0 -

Good luck for more tickets
I must take my eldest to a good theatre after her exams too de-stress, she likes stuff like that and has never been to London.
Sounds like a very productive day you've had fire**fly :A Isn't it strange how we need to have a good clean up/de-clutter when we put Xmas stuff away! I have just finished getting the house back in order too but DD2 helped me. DD1 refused as she didn't want Xmas to end!
Hope the hotel is nice SheilsI see you got internet access as I see you're on here
Hope weather is good for you!
Sylvia, safe journey tomorrow to Yorkshire and hope the roads are clear for you xx
Sounds like you've had a great time at new yr chocolatelover:) I have more fun when I'm with female company than my grumpy hubby!
I bet you've been keeping yourself busy today Alfie with your family going back homeGood luck with the comps!
Rose, hope you got sorted out with the jury service thing x
I took the kids to trampoline park to burn off some energy then treated them to a McD's before they go back to school Monday. DD1 has exams as soon as she goes back so trying to keep her calm!
I meant to say, my brother is doing well now again and kidney functioning normal again since they changed his anti-rejection drug. That's a huge relief but they still monitoring him every few days thankfullyBig thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0
