When I first joined twitter I was in the same boat as you. I just kept following and tweeting comps. It's surprising how fast people start to follow you when retweeting about comps. I have had enough twitter wins to make it worthwhile doing, so go for it and good luck

The snow has gone from here so far whizzybop but I think it's set to return. It's the ice I don't like! It always ends up with the nearby roads being closed and schools too.

Was your win from a daily or a clicky maybe fire**fly? I love winning gift cards cos if you don't use them yourself they are great for bdays etc

Sheils, DD will have medication for anxiety issues and cognitive therapy too. At least now she will get help where she needs it most in her GCSE's and also when she leaves school they are trying to put something in place for her. I don't want to be her voice forever so glad they now understand where she needs the help.

Morning all,


We have slight coating of snow today. Hope that will be it. We are off to Edinburgh on Sunday and then Stirling on Monday where we are meeting DS2 and his new girlfriend. He is coming 29 this year and this will only be the 2nd girlfriend he has brought to meet us!

Doubt it - he likes variety! Would be nice though. He needs someone to calm him down.
Hardly see DS3 these days as he has new girlfriend. Just need DS1 to get one now.
