Hope it is dry for everyone now. It is lovely here - just had a nice walk and got todays wash out now. Waiting on electrician now though as bathroom light switch not working.


Hope dogs get on OK Sylvia.


Elle, I have to copy and paste my smilies now don't know if everyone has to.

Afternoon peeps. Fog gone and sun is shining now. Well done on book FF. Going to try and get some comps done this afternoon so fingers crossed as I have had so much to do in last week what with g/kids and life in general.

Good afternoon all.

Very well done on your wins today firefly, you are going great guns. Dogs back from the p a r l o r and looking beautiful again.

DD we go down to had the builders starting work today for various jobs including moving bathroom upstairs only to find she has a load of rising damp which is effecting the joists etc so looks like I have an extra dog for a good few weeks as she has to get more quotes etc.

Hope you managed to get your washing dry Sheils, no luck her its too wet.

Ellemm I find when I go to advanced post the smilies show up.

Sun still shining away Sylvia and washing all dry apart from some bathmats that I decided to wash. We won't mention the ironing though.


Electrician just came and put new switch on the bathroom light. It is one of the pull down ones and only ever seems to last a few years. Only cost a £10 so not too bad. He just dived round before heading home for the day. It had been iffy for a while - poor DD had some showers in dark after work I think when we were away. She could have used our one upstairs.
