Wingo I expect you will be glad when this school year is over for your DD and hope she is OK. What has your DS been up to then as you have taken his things off him?

thanks sylv, yes lol, wasn't off to long but long enough to
get a bit irritated as wanted to get the TAB on & needed to catch up,
thursdays are a bit manic enough without
power cuts happening :eek:

just been & popped outside to put hedgehogs food out
& it's feeling very nippy out :eek:

Had forgotten it was Thursday FF - you must have been annoyed!
Never understood why everyone wants comps posted right away though.
Got a spare bed to put cases on now - makes packing so much easier!
Pile everything on the bed beside cases and when nothing left on bed you are packed! First time we have left DD all on her own for a week though as last year DS3 was here. So glad she has lots of friends and a sensible bf too.

LOL firefly, was thinking it was still Wednesday today. Glad it wasn't off for too long.

Thats exactly how I pack Sheils, everything on the spare bed at the side of the cases. Not long for you now.

Son refused to get out of bed for school this morning Sylvia. He was saying he felt sick but I didn't believe him. I don't know if it was just that he was scared to go to school or he did feel sick! I was so annoyed when he refused to budge out of bed I tipped a cup of water on him! He wouldn't even answer me then though before saying he felt sick!

Oh dear Wingo, you are having a bad time with them. Its hard when you are not sure wether they are sick or not. They certainly know how to give us the run around at that age dont they LOL. OMG merged with Love it a few weeks ago Wingo.

Morning,
Cold and misty here this morning. Tempted to put the heating on too wingo. Been saying we won't until after our holiday. Just hope it won't be cold for DD. Think next week is supposed to be bit warmer.
Central heating systems are so complicated nowadays that DD doesn't want instructions how to put it on.
Maybe your DS was feeling a bit nervous wingo. I have always felt sick when nervous (sometimes been sick) Can't believe you threw water over him! Lol
