Good morning all. :j:j

I am looking forward to today, DD will be in nursery all day and DH and I are going into Cardiff shopping for me!! Since having DD (2years and 7months ago) I have not bought any clothes etc for myself. Not a money issue, even though we have struggled on one wage since my maternity pay finished, more of a try and take baby/toddler shopping for clothes for myself is hard work eg getting into fitting rooms etc, so now clothes, make up etc is an all time low.
So DD will be dropped in nursery at 0930 and DH said he will be my slave for the day and carry my bags, ensure lots of tea breaks and to remind me this money today is for me not DD as she has everything!!

It's a little sad isn't it, getting excited about spending money on essentials for myself. First stop will be M&S for bra measuring as I'm sure they have changed since giving birth. I'm not a big lover of cities and crowded places but today I'm excited! Hope I come home with everything I need, DH has given me a limit of £250!!!

Anyway I will stop rambling and wish Sheils a safe journey down to Bluestone, and everyone else I will pop in this evening to tell you how my day went.

wrapped up well this morning for the zoo,
was very very windy & wet :eek:
had a lovely hot shower & some hot porridge after so
am all warm & cosy now :j

Afternoon everyone had a very windy night though not as bad as previously. Rain off and blue skies now with a few puffy white clouds. You having problems with internet ff you are showing as being offline at my end no green light just red.
