My postman has just been too and he brought me the M&S Voucher from Zoflora plus the other one I wasn't sure about. :jThought I won twice but wasn't paying attention so didn't mention the second one. Will be hitting Durham M&S on Monday!

Good morning all, lovely and sunn here today so washing on the line.

GD (15) went on a big activity week has come back quite poorly. She pushed hereself really hard but did not eat as she couldn't stand the smell of the food so spent most of the week throughing up. DD had to take her to out of hours and they have given her dedicine to help. Am a bit worried as she doesn't have any weight to lose.

Thanks for the Buddha firefly, you must have been rubbing his tum before us, well done on your win. First in the Inn for August. Hope you luck continues.

Glad your vouchers arrived Sheils. Unfortunately the M & S in Durham center is a bit rubbish but there is a new one at the Arnison Centre round by us which is really good. Looking forward to Monday.

Thanks everyone. Not normally a big fan of M&S but quite often get T-shirts there and they have some shorts I really like at the moment. Bought one pair but held off getting another in the hope that voucher would come before our Menorca holiday.


Going to South Shields after Durham Sylvia and they have quite a good M&S I think. Do have some nearer home too.
Hope your GD feels better soon. My nephew went on something like that too and couldn't eat the food but his mum had given him pot noodles to take with him!

Only the one (large) dog sylv plus cat plus my puddy cat
too. The lab and cat are staying for a couple of
weeks while my family are in the USA. :cool:

They offered to pay for me to enjoy the holiday with them
as have always loved travelling to the States but ... on
this occasion ... I declined cos I thought it would do them
the world of good to have a lovely family break, particularly
after my illnesses/hospital visits/all the worries etc.

They have been wonderful to me - so looking after their paws
is the least I could do ..... maybe go with them
next year. :D

hope all is well,I am fine today well the Carnival has reached its last day had a lovely week I did well on procession night as a scarecrow as came 2nd and won £20,not forgetting I also won £12 on bingo last Monday today I havent done much besides relaxing and I had a nice meal at wetherspoons of a jacket potatoe and side salad and blue cheese dressing

I am going on the den later to listen to some bands
