hi leanfun, yes thanks, the spinach & watercress helps a lot,
specially when having a cold &/or if your
immunity is a bit low,
I do use a lot of veggies & herbs etc anyway,
some lovely recipes on here for smoothies using spinach &/or watercress..

Goodness was out and posted some mail and got soaked (sudden downpour) it was dry when I left. Family will be home some time tonight leanfun and as far as I know kids loved it.

My DD was meant to be going to play scheme all week 9-3pm but there was only her & my niece turned up so it got cancelled! Looks like a week of looking for something else to do!

Could not believe the rain that came down It was as if the sky opened up and someone turned a tap on full pressure. It only lasted minutes but the street was running with water.

Good morning Inners!

Hope you are all ok (hope you are feeling a bit better
today fire**fly :A) on this lovely start to Tuesday.

Sun is out here now (started off bit cloudy and breezy),
seagulls are screeching :eek: so all is well ...... I think!!
Having said that, the way the weather has been of late, it
could well change again!

Thanks for the offer of sending young Jasper to me wingo
but have got my hands full as it is! Got to keep my
eye on the dog as he's a big/strong lab (soft as butter
though) but eats anything and everything he finds!! :eek:

Apart from being a complete mad house ... all is errrm
ticking along nicely!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
