    That's a great one fire**fly :) I love all the old classics!

You've got DH well trained Sheils, making your soup! :D I laugh at my DH, he buys all this fancy stuff and says he's going to make this & that....they end up going out of date and he never does make anything! :o Yet if I buy something that goes out of date he moans!

I don't blame you Sylvia for saving some vouchers. I think a lot of shops get old stock out to put in sales so I like to wait until sales are over!

We've been to look at a fireplace someone was selling and the house was inside a cemetery. We took DD with us and she was terrified! :D We didn't get the fireplace though as it wasn't what we were looking for.
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

I wouldn't think of living by a cemetry either Wingo or a Funeral Parlour. Hope you find the fireplace that you are after.

Lovely pics this morning Sheils/firefly, thanks.

Hope everyone else is OK today, I expect a few of you are back to work.

    Hiya peeps

    Numpty time

Just had a grey card through the post for £8.15 - it says 'sender didn't pay full postage' But aren't grey cards international post?

There is a ref. no., but I can't find it online. At a complete loss as to what it is, and I'm not expecting anything from overseas. But I have to say I'll be extremely miffed if it's summat and nowt.

want to play a guessing game? No prize for the right answer though lol.

Afternoon everyone hope you have all recovered from New Year festivities and getting back in to a routine. My shoulder is hurting again so typing one handed. The quicker it is fixed the better as it is my left side and I am left handed so some things are a bit awkward and take forever. Don't know anything about grey cards sorry dontone.

A grey card could be uk based and insiufficient postage or international and a customs charge.

Unless they have changed them recently there should be two boxes and your postie should have ticked one or the other to tell you which it is (either underpaid postage with a £1 handling fee or customs charge with £8 handling fee)

Would be a very odd occurance if someone has underpaid £7 of postage but a customs fee of 15p means it would be a low value item. No clue sorry
