Thats awfull wingo. Sorry you are still grumpy you need a win. Well done on win ff. Been resting my shoulder in the sling they gave me most of the day, didn't even as much as push the hoover round today. Took some fish pie I had in freezer out for dinner and soaked dishes in hot water then gave them a quick swirl with clean water and let them drip dry.

hope all is well,my mood wasnt good today ether,been crying this morning and then had a tablet to help me calm down and went back to bed,I just didnt want to do anything,I rang for some help and a nurse will phone me back tomorrow as I have a situation I want to discuss to sort myself out and soon.I went to my wellness group very late today as I had slept in a bit longer but it did me the world of good.I went to Waitrose on the way back for a coffee

came home and watched tv had spaghetti Bolognaise for tea and it was lovely with grated cheese on top.Rang Mum and she knew straight away that I felt low.

Sorry to hear you are a bit down katie hope nurse helps you tomorrow. Thanks for wishes LF hope to get a decent sleep tonight have got pillows all positioned lol. Neighbour who was unwell was down earlier for a cuppa she is looking a lot better and hoping to get back to work soon.

Rose, it sounds like you're in a lot of pain with your shoulder again xx Is it the frozen shoulder and can they give you injections for it?

I've had a nice bath and feel a lot calmer! It's just been one of those weeks you know when everyone & everything peeves you off!

No wingo it is the joint it has dislocated twice. they need to operate to stop it and because of wear and tear and it coming out they need to to stop it happening again. It just gets so sore at times.

Morning, another dull and cloudy one here. Shoulder does not feel so sore this morning. Had another night propped up with pillows. So that seems to have helped. Hope everyone has a nice day and weather brightens up for anyone that has same cloudy sky as me.
