Evening peeps how are we all. Had a neighbour phone me in a panic. She knows the basics and how to get on the internet look for things etc. But she downloaded something and she couldn't get her laptop to function. Could I fix it. Told her to come down had a look did a system restore and everything was back to normal. Told her there was a class at community centre down the road that held classes for beginners two nights a week. So she is going to enquire about it save her getting so upset again. In the mean time told her if she wants to download anything to come down and I'll go through it with her. (what a state she got herself in to she thought she had ruined her lappy)

Morning peeps. Couldn't sleep so decided just to get out of bed. Going out later so may nip in to asda and see if they have any of the Grouse shiels was talking about and put it away for christmas pressies. I know it is only March but all the less tro spend later. Hope everyone has a lucky day. lol ff forgot about mrs doubtfire and her hoover.

Really heavy frost here this morning - more than we had all winter I think! Hopefully it will clear quickly.

Hope your DD2 was OK after the Drs visit wingo. That would be upsetting for her.


Rose our Grouse won't last until Xmas. DH likes a dram and that is his favourite blend. Everyone gets him malts for birthdays and Xmas so he has large selection for special occasions etc. Can't stand the stuff myself.


Hope you get your grass finished today Sylvia.

Sylvia she only got lappy at xmas hubby bought it for her. She bought a teach yourself book but as she has no experience it is lost on her. Had to do her updates as well as she didn't know what they were she just kept pressing NO when the pop up appeared. Dont think she wants to learn to do anything major with it. Only personal use. From what I hear of the beginners classes at community centre the two guys that run them are very patient and very good.

hope all is well,I am fine today I didnt go to Aquacise as my friend was busy so couldnt go so had a nice lie in,then I went out for a bit and took around our local newspaper to friends as I Deliver them and dont mind as It gets me out,I went to Waitrose and got my family an Easter egg each,I got myself one too of a Mini Egg which is my favourite I had a lovely coffee,got a new loom band board as I broke mine last night accidentally as trod on it and snapped it :eek:
was only 50p to replace it.I got some loom bands from a friend in his shop so got a great supply.

Have a relaxing evening! I am chatting to my brother tonight on Skype as nothing much is on tv anyway.

breaking news Zayn Malik has left One Direction as he wants a normal life.

Every time I try to do a search on MSE comps, it comes up "try again in 15 seconds" even though I haven't tried to search at all, let alone 15 seconds ago!

This is seriously doing my head in. Anyone else having the same same problem? Is there a cure for this? :mad:
