First of all - you have use the vouchers. Any credit from an item you bought with (boosted) vouchers, will give you as credit in points for the original value. They will come out in new vouchers in the next mailing - late January to early February.
    HTHs.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard
  • You might be better selling it?

If you bought it over the counter, why would you believe they'll take it back at all? Buyer's remorse isn't accepted as a valid reason especially if customised following switch on.

No but the op will only get back the retail price minus £31.50 which was paid by boosted vouchers.

So if they can sell it for £20 less than the retail price they have made £11.50.

The op indicates that they bought it from tesco direct.

No reason is needed if it is returned during the distance selling limit.

    They do have reset "buttons".
  • im thinking of returning it as:

battery life is like a phone.
the screen flickers slightly when in a dark environment.
the play store doesn't recognise it for some apps.
I have a 10.1 which works better for day to day stuff, cheap Chinese rk3188.
the screen seems tiny to me.

to be fair it is quicker than the rk3188.
